What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are humble at heart and folks can trust one another. They they work/personal wellbeing seriously. For example, phycological safety is frequently emphasized as part of our work culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are experienced folks with very little to no ego. They are super co-operative and willing to help. They are also humble and will to take constructive feedback and willing to change.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have leaders from other top tech companies like Microsoft, AWS, and Google. They've left to do their best work here. It's great to be around fresh leadership who are not beholden to the bureaucracy of traditional tech companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Go glad to be able to work at the next tech giant just as it is scaling its business. Start-up pace and work environment with the growth trajectory of a multi-billion dollar company. They call it the "rocket" for a reason.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast, efficient, and thorough. They are super careful about person to company culture fit. I could tell that they want to keep out a..h.... They want to make sure that their hires are--from the beginning--focused on building/selling great products to delight their customers.
