My overall experience has been very positive. The initial ramp was a lot to get an understanding of the company, customers, and working efficiently but once you understand it really makes work fun.

This is truly a special organization. The culture is unlike anywhere I have worked in close to 30 years and I have worked for a mix of smaller and very large global organizations considered in the top 5 to work for globally.
