average.... there's a lot that we can improve and I feel that goes a long with the people that are employed here.... but the CEO and executive team, directors, and my manager are amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that the most positive thing I've seen is our leadership. Like my manager and the director of my department.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel there is a lot of negativity in the work place. Everyone is always angry and it shows. People get offended quickly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the ability to work for my own pay. If I do good in a year then I will be given a bonus and a pay upgrade.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was given the opportunity to meet with the director of my department before I actually put in an application. I enjoyed that moment to get to know her and she seemed to particularly be interested in everything that I said.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that specifically my manager and director of my department are willing to listen to any and all of my concerns and then they are going to make sure to take care of them with discretion. This is particularly important to me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, the negativity in the atmosphere and the people that are just sitting in a chair to fill a position... not actually doing their jobs. I think we need to get rid of those people that are constantly not working or showing low results, both regular office employees and drivers.
