What is the best part about your compensation package?
the quality of the medical coverage

Compensation package is good. Medical insurance isn't as good at last year. Under the circumstances with insurance rates it definitely isn't the worst.

The PTO Time because it can get up to 4 weeks a year the longer you work here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that the healthcare benefits are good here at USA Truck. The premiums are high and the deductibles are even higher.

The pay levels are extremely skewed. Cutting back on headcount and they paying interns more than what full time employees make
