They are never to busy to make time for anyone that needs to talk to them. They say hello and ask our opinion of whatever is going on. They know our people are the very best asset and treat us as we are, and expect us to treat one another the same way.

That our leadership team is here to business however they are also here to take care of their employees. We are truly made to feel like a family. The culture and values displayed by our executive team is exactly what they expect from us. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

I feel like our PTO time. We are given plenty of time to enjoy our lifes outside of work with our families.

The annual bonus plan is transparent and fair. If, at the minimum, you do your duties, you'll get an acceptable bonus and raise every year. If you go the extra mile, they make sure to pay you accordingly. It's all work for no reward; you get what you give.

We are not only a true definition of a team working together toward a common goal (to win!), but each one is willing, able, and often does, go above and beyond what is expected in their role/position. We truly care about one another, personally as well as professionally. Lots of encouragement!

We're all in this together. No one on my team has a bad attitude or doesn't play well with others. Every member of my team would drop whatever they're working on to help me if asked, and when things get tough we all hunker down and bust our backs to get things done on time.

It's phony so it's hard to say. The executives think they can talk culture into being what they say it is but culture is independent of rhetoric.

Everyone seems to genuinely care for each other. This company's been through some rough patches in recent years, but we're all in this together. We celebrate our wins and mourn our losses together and we never blame each other. We win and lose as a team.
