I came in to this company new to the corporate world. Our CEO and the company is everything I never thought it would be. I would never want to walk out that door and not come back. We are here for our drivers and our corporate employees. We are completely a family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was more of a conversation than an interrogation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we learn from our mistakes. You are called out and embarrassed for them.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be able to help and provide customer service to all of our employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We truly work together. It isn't a competition between us but we are here to take care of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like our PTO time. We are given plenty of time to enjoy our lifes outside of work with our families.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That our leadership team is here to business however they are also here to take care of their employees. We are truly made to feel like a family. The culture and values displayed by our executive team is exactly what they expect from us. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else.
