What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a team member in logistics, you absolutely get what you put into it. This company does not shy away from pounding the phones, and gaining new business. Our team is built upon communication with each other and our customers, which is why we are growing into one of the best brokerages in the indust

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is very good health coverage, until there is a major surgery. Then the deductible is very high. There is no stock bonus plan, or ability to buy stock at a discounted rate - say 75% of the market value.

We all believe in our current goals and plans and live each day to execute them.

It was not a long process

The interview was more of a back-and-forth conversation. They wanted me to be comfortable so they could better gauge whether my experience and strengths were a good fit for the role. My manager was able to make his decision with more confidence than we would from a typical Q&A interview setting.

What makes you most happy at work?
Bringing a solution to a customer that needs to have 1 or 100 shipments moved to their customer. We do that on a daily basis for so many people who work at other companies. We make people happy.
