Even when things are slow or not going our way, leadership finds a way to keep our heads up and having fun. They don't beat us down even more, like some other companies I've worked for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together. We compete with each other but in a way to push each other. At the end of the day, we are all on the same team and help each other in any way possible.
