What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team always maintain total transparency when communicating USAT's presence in the industry, company initiatives, obstacles, and corporate strategy to grow profitable revenue and eliminate barriers to entry to identify as a key player in the logistics industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork throughout every department at the office and regional levels. Accountability as a means to sharpen each other rather than cut down or portray someone in a negative light. Also, we have fun. The energy level is always up and we celebrate when achievements are made by individuals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was more of a back-and-forth conversation. They wanted me to be comfortable so they could better gauge whether my experience and strengths were a good fit for the role. My manager was able to make his decision with more confidence than we would from a typical Q&A interview setting.
