The executive team includes every person in the company in decisions about our culture and future. This has helped create a healthy environment.

Among my team are some of the most talented in the company. We have our own issues sure but they are all willing to grow and learn as a group.

USAT has seen many leadership changes. This group is investing back into the company. Ranging from financial advice for our futures, new technology, creating leadership paths for all employees and industry training.
