I have grown a lot since working at Valvoline. I have not only gained knowledge but confidence. My experience has been positive, fun, and at times wonderfully challenging. My company exposes us to all the training we need to move forward and up!

It was a great job... At first but poor uper management employee retention and hostile work environment was hard as well as fast paced non stop work and sales with no commission and under paid and if your not a member of the boys club or to our scm or am doesn't like u good luck moving up

Honesty, integrity, fairness, genuine. Very impressive leadership.
