Usually have clear communication, but it is sometimes counterintuitive to what has previously been communicated with employees and clients.
Too much strain on individual resources with average compensation and the lack of desire to hire/train resources who can assist.
There isn't a "culture" to speak of, necessarily. Defining culture is the responsibility of individuals at Velosio rather than coming from the top. Management loves to pat each other on the back and can cause other aspects of the business to feel underappreciated.
When discussing with managers and peers, much of the compensation appears to be based on tenure or "salary ranges per role" with the company rather than value added. It is frustrating to work an average of 10 hours per day with little monetary recognition unless all of the work is billable (bonus).
