Working with my customers and getting to know my peers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not had a salary adjustment since I've been at Velosio.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That there seems to be a sincere desire to have high employee satisfaction.

I like that the leadership team is very approachable and seems invested in its people.

The collaboration. I feel we are invested in eachothers success and like eachother personally.
