While I really like my direct team and managers, I don't think upper management cares about us. It's all about the money. Our bonuses are negatively affected by us taking time off, and we are sometimes asked not to take time off so we can improve a quarter's numbers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frequent communication through monthly townhall meetings

Getting deep into a project and being able to work on something without interruption.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an awesome team, that is easy to work with and I enjoy talking to them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good people but leadership doesn't seem to care about the employees, only the money we bring in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't like that we effectively get punished financially by taking time off. I have to make up billable time somewhere else if I take time off, and that defeats the whole purpose of "time off".
