There are always challenges and opportunities to learn across the board. You'll never wear just one hat.

Transparently, I wish I made more. That being said, I feel that compared to some of our counterparts in the SAAS or FinTech industry, we are paid fairly.

Our team is diverse in thought and strategy. I would love to see more diversity, but overall I think each person on our team bring unique perspectives to projects and tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders know who we are. I don't feel like another number or random talent. I feel that most of the leadership team takes time to know who we are, and where we come from, and take interest in what we want to achieve.
