What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I value the most is the constant focus on keeping the teams informed, as well as part of the decision making process. This keep me, as well as the surrounding team members, engaged and confident we are participating to the company's trajectory.

What i love most about the Executive leadership team is that I can contact them directly (open door) and share freely my thoughts, ideas, or complaints. They listen, even if they do not agree. I also appreciate their honesty when dealing w/issues or when addressing problems within the company.

better execution of our goals, hiring SMEs and not only juniors to do SMEs job, understanding the cultures, empathy, retain good employees by providing additional benefits (more vacations days for people who are within the company for few years)

the culture of the company, lots of employees are getting promoted based on politics. I get there are politics everywhere but at Verifone, everything is around politics and you can not express yourself and raise the issues because you will end up in a bad spot.
