He is always ready to help and to listen, he's approach is not only professional also is very kind and human. He does not hesitate to share his knowledge at once in a very clear way. A great blocker solver when I need him, it's great to have him as my manager.

Support is lacking and there is no accountability. Those who are not pulling their own weight get by while their co-workers are pressured to pick up the slack. There has been talk of that being corrected however I have yet to see an improvement.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Insurance - this is important to me. I find many friends complain the plan cost or the deductible is too high. Not the case at Verifone.

Our company provides paid leave & Special Day allowance to celebrate Birthday-Anniversary with the family. They are also very considerate of reimbursing the Home Office Home travel expenses. These 2 components are additional to our salary/compensation package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because in the role I am in, the salary I currently have is below the market, I would like Verifone to worry that its employees are earning a fair amount.

Teamwork doesn't just mean being in the same team. It expands to other teams within the organization. If the organization progresses individual employees progress. Being a Global company teamwork can be very challenging due to competitive mindsets.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We used to have a good environment. Now the executive team here has kind of broken it. There were decisions made which we are not comfortable with. And there are some arbitrary decisions made that I feel are not good for the team here in general. And attitudes which show us that we do not matter
