A great place to work. Initially I could say almost perfect. Due the forced return to office that really complicates life balance, my oppinion did not change but is not the same. Is required to have a lot more flexibility due the fact we never stopped comming to office last couple years.

In the few months that I am here, I met a wonderful human team, they helped me direct my energy on the right path and understand where to direct my energy to get the most value from my work. The freedom, the chill zone, the chats, makes you forget for a moment that you are at the office.

it makes a difference, the health package is great, the flexibility to work from home or at the amazing offices is great, the compensation on food and travel are also great.

The leadership team is allways looking for improving the metodologies they implement to allow do the tasks better, cleverer and more organized. They are allways open to new Ideas and will allways find an spot to talk with you.

Amazing people, it's really cool when you stop by to chat with some of them and leave with new knowledgment and clearer ideas of how components works, better ways to do the things and most important, you leave the chat knowing that everyone has high personal values

the freedom to work the way I feel it fits me the most and that confidence push me more to be as much competent as I can, and deliver the best value allways having in mind that what I do can help other coworker to understand better and provide a more solid solution.

He is always ready to help and to listen, he's approach is not only professional also is very kind and human. He does not hesitate to share his knowledge at once in a very clear way. A great blocker solver when I need him, it's great to have him as my manager.
