Raises are constantly delayed, and we fall behind most people in similar positions at other companies. This significantly reduces motivation within the company.

The people! Everyone truly cares about each other's success! I also love that when mistakes are made people react calmly and are willing to help fix it in a professional way.

There is no "we-spirit". The global organisation took that away and shattered a once very well functioning company. The simplicity is gone and with it the pragmatic way of solving things quick and easy. No customer focus, no end-to-end approach. Processes and systems seem more important than result

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has become too much corporative. We should be treated more individually. If you are great at your job while working from home they should let you stay working from home. We shouldn't be pushed to be doing integration or other workshops if we don't feel like it. They should listen to us.

We lack necessary resources. We need more qualified sw developers & more global solutions to be localized. Also, some flexibility for the employees to speak up freely, I don't think we are heard.
