Having a clear plan/roadmap I'm working on, and being able to see the impact of my work translate into company results
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a very cohesive team, we always have each others' backs, we do a lot of knowledge sharing, and we share similar outlooks on life, which makes interactions a delight.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
