They are so respectful. I can express my ideas with confidence and they take them into consideration usually. That makes me feel important for the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am receiving a fare increase on my salary, in line with the inflation rate. We have a good performance management system that evaluates the employees correctly. I have private insurance coverage with %100.
