Our team is more than coworkers, we are more like a family which you are happy to meet daily, that you can learn from them and get the support and motivation that you may need sometimes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Besides the nice environment in my department and the cool team that we have, we get to participate in a lot of interesting workshops (yoga, running marathons, parties, cool challenges) where you can meet other people from different departments and it creates a bond between us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The most important thing that I like is that I feel appreciated for my work and my input in the company, the support I get and how I feel about the environment overall, from the day I got enrolled in this company I felt like I am in the right place
What makes you most happy at work?
For me the relationship with people is very important, I get motivated and happy when I can share with someone who understands me and I can be myself with people around me, that is how I feel here, it's like we have the same vibe. That's what makes me happy - people that surround me
