That they`re extremely objective focused and that they are empowering all employee layers to take responsibility and own both their areas and their careers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It`s minimum legal required so I`d suggest a deeper look on what Fintechs in the space usually do. we`re lagging behind and thus failing to attract talent

That everyone is empowered to own their destiny, and it feels like a giant sandbox where you can experiment, fail but fail fast, learn and move forward
