overall, I like my job and have plenty of great experiences I like my coworkers for the most part and management is fair compensation could be better but could also be worse. Time at work is stressful but not overbearing.

my paycheck, but to be more personal I like my customers.

I like the ability to adapt from leadership in this ever-changing environment with payment terminals
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
management lets employees do their work and does not micromanage allowing individuals to find new and creative solutions to old issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
comparing my salary to my position i can see on average i am lower than most other companies in the same field for the same position telling me my salary is under the market value for people holding the same title as me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
urgency is the biggest concern some coworkers have become complacent in their roles. doing minimal work . this is not a representation of all employees i have interacted with, but I would say i can find at least 1 person in each team who is too complacent and avoiding crucial work.
