Good company, but has some improvements needed such, celebration culture, multiply the recognition to outsatnding people, marketing localized investments, HR role to an HRBP evolution super needed. You ll need to be multi task for sure in VF since there being focused in tasks is challenging

Plain structure, execs always available, no micromanagement, super flexible when thinking in solutions.
What makes you most happy at work?
my manager who trusts in the team is the best thing of the world due to this motivates me to give the best, always. Also wfh is great making me much more productive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we can do much better in HR, we could have stock options, better health benefits, and proper resources to focus in the job role. Today i have several hats. I truly believe company will address this comparing to the high tech market companies, google, Microsoft, Samsung, Amazon, etc
