What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my team makes me happy. Even when i take a free day, i miss them and I think of them. Another thing that makes me happy is solving anything that comes my way. Helping people and getting things done brings me the most joy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the colleagues with whom I interact are friendly and willing to help if it is needed. They way everybody tries to do their best is one of the most positive ways of working because there will always be support and understanding from one to another and so, in the end, this brings only success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is one of the most amazing person I met and had the pleasure to work with. Always helping me grow and she is constantly supporting us with her guidance. She has a good eye to spot the potential and works with you and the team for the success of every project/solution that comes our way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. We always help each other and are supportive with any challenge any of us has. I think of my team as I think of my family. We respect each other, know our flaws and always keep up the good work for the success of the team and the project in any instance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the benefits we get for doing a great job. I was employee of the month a few times now and found it amazing that I could earn benefits on the benefits system. With the help of benefits I managed to take an SQL course that will help me grow and help the company more in the future.
