Up to now, there have been some goods times and bad times. Most of the times, we could get through everything.. Everything that involved our teammates was excellent.. Our problems have been with the executive team. Now I do not know what Is the executives capable of. I feel uneasy y in many ways.

Faithfull and loyal. We cover our backs in whatever we can.

My direct manager fully understands our situation and how to handle our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In terms of company.. I cannot identify anything that qualifies as positive environment.. Everything that has been positive here was due to the will and kind relationships between coworkers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We used to have a good environment. Now the executive team here has kind of broken it. There were decisions made which we are not comfortable with. And there are some arbitrary decisions made that I feel are not good for the team here in general. And attitudes which show us that we do not matter
