I think the 401k match is especially impressive. I don't use the companies healthcare options as I have better options through my spouse, but they are not bad.

More thoughtful communication from management and better development and interest in individual employees regardless of how much you like your job or them is what I expectbof a direct supervisor as I always gave that to my team in a leadership position. Empowerment and leadership is lacking.
