I love working at Wegmans. After six months you can apply to any department there is inside the company. Our CEO is the very best. I work her because she kept the college tuition reimbursement for all employees who work 750 hours a year!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team actually jumps in to help out if department is swamped with customers. I was shocked when a manager who had transferred to another department actually stayed 2 hours past his shift ending to help out our department. I love it here.
