Im positive they dont care about overnight workers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nobody in my years has been promoted out of overnight grocery. Nobody. Hard work goes unnoticed
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I dont know... maybe hire people that can doeak English . They dont bother with that anymore
What makes you most happy at work?
When i started it was the promise that hard work pays off... it doesnt. Not at Wegmans. Now im happiest when leaving
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All the management appears gay and on the spectrum. Gay workers advance quickly and they all overwork and dont care sbout the overnight crew
