Very good culture. Feels like small company even though its a large business. Benefits are fair for salaried personnel, but sometimes not transparent with vacation. More of an honor system but i need know how much time i have off. Medical is okay, just one option but the premium is low.

leadership team is caring especially if they're old school weyerhaeuser. some outside hires bring a weird corporate vibe
