What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Accounability from upper managment can fox and address culture change. Instead of deflecting and pointing blame. Lots of fragile egos

Better benefits and better retirement

Proper training, everything is memory based. Better communication between management and employees.

Some of the supervisors. People talking about other people and their business that was told to a supervisor. The way people are treated by their supervisors. Everyone is trained differently and treated differently.

Hire the rite people not just for a tax break. These tax breaks here are going to shut this place down. End FMLA users !
