What are some of the best things about your team?
They show up to work
We have a small group who have worked together for years. We know each other outside of work as well
I was told not to interact with most for help so i was not able to reconnect.
The local teams care about each other.

Low morale causes alot of complaining between shifts.
Communication needs to be more frequent and more effective
They just need to SHOW UP ! Absenteeism is rampant here. Turnover rate also. No one stays here now.
