What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being leaders. Its easy to manage. Leading people helping them grow and suppoting is an art.

Following through with promises given to employees. Not working crews 6 days a week.

Thinking and making decisions for themselves instead of calling someone else for every little thing. Like blind sheep.
