What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to engage with customers and convey my knowledge of products and my professional experience. Working with my associates

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Store leadership team works extremely hard to ensure daily goals are met, supporting Sales Associates, processing and placing large quantities of new inventory, aggresively changing store displays

What are some of the best things about your team?

We care about our work. For the most part we enjoy working together. We are mature and have diverse backgrounds and past work experience which enhance the sales experience

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Care about work we do and we can convey our skills and knowledge to customers. There is a sense or apathy due to poor compensation and lack of benefits. There arecno incentives to go above and beyond

What did you like most about the interview process?

My experience was different in that i was hired on the spot, although there was a lapse of time between submitting my resume/application and being contacted. I have found this to be problematic across the board with retail business like Williams Sonoma
