Very unprofessional leaders I worked during the beginning of covid they put all the employees at risk without concern to please the customer. I never got paid for all hours worked. They lied about the rate of pay. The team members were leaving shifts and getting paid for unworked hours.

Telling the truth instead of lying about pay to get workers for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I made them feel like a team and worthy so we stuck together but when they couldn't pay their bills because of missing wages and lies told from management they would leave and do personal things on the clock which left the team overworked and angry
