I love the job. I love my work and what I do. I really thought I saw myself succeeding with this company..But poor management and an owner that doesn’t understand how most of it actually works has made it more stressful and dramatic..I love my job and am trying to hang on, but I’m afraid
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Designating responsibility to the correct employee rank and handling their own responsibilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the job itself. The owner, management, and certain team members make it all more chaotic a majority of the time, especially here lately with the new manager and owner that expects Shiftleaders to have manager responsibilities for $9 an hour..I miss my job being about MY work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers. Getting to do my job well and make them happy. Seeing them smile and hearing the satisfaction in their voice when I make sure they got everything they wanted, especially if they experienced a mistake or the bad attitude of another employee but I get to make it better for them.
