Very good but need more benefits for people that have been there for a long time ....like pay vacation or some kind of bouns not just for surveys and it's crazy on how much the GMs get for their bouns and we do alot of work in the store....show the employees some respect also...

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More benefits for people that been there along time...like paid vacation or some kind of bouns..besides for surveys we as a team do alot but the GMs get the big bouns that's not right at all.....I've been with company for some yrs and don't receive a decent bouns or benefits don't make enough either
