Hasn't been stellar. Lots of layoffs in the past two years. people that were let go seemed to not make a lot of sense. I saw a lot of good talent walk ot the door.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication. not "yelling" over instant message / company chat, at each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do employee surveys are are constantly trying to get the impression of the employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Constant worry about getting laid off, due to work restructuring, or buyout, which happens frequently.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company needs to maintain its network a little better. much of that is dependent on where the money is spent i.e. keeping people enough employed in the field and in repair and in operations, and keeping spares stocked up
