I am glad that I joined Zwift. I joined for the people and am really happy with the colleagues who I work with. Benefits are good. Employees are treated as people and family time is respected.

Unlimited time off and feeling that I can actually take time off if needed.

People are kind and collaborative. I don't see people acting like jerks to others.

The level of transparency and trust that they provide. I feel that we are treated as human beings and adults.

The fitness budget. I appreciate that we have a budget to get the equipment needed to truly experience our products and get more fit :)

Care about the employees as people. As an example, reminding people to take time off, and they haven't forced people to go back to the office
