I always feel I hit the jackpot working at Zwift. It is such a unique place were we can find uber-athletes and nerdies, like me, always laser focused in bringing the best experience to our community. Sometimes is easy to forget we are a tech company and think that we are in true happiness business

What are some of the best things about your team?
Teams are all over collaboration, in Engineering a found some of the brightest mind I had the pleasure to work with. In more than to years at Zwift, I have yet to find a Zwifter who isn't super talented.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Zwift does great efforts to make their decisions transparent and help empower the teams. Behind every major change we can always a see a few ( if not all) core values of the company. Most of them are professionals that were used to getting things done and at Zwift get things done right
