I started in August of 2021 and it's been a fantastic experience, overall. It's great working at a company that is invested in my own growth in my career as well as what I can offer to the company.

They're flexible, genuine, talented, approachable, responsive, and supportive. I work with some amazing people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They're very flexible and understanding. They're invested in my career growth and I am able to trust my management team to give me feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a pay hit to come and work at Zwift. But the company culture, my manager, my director, and my co-workers have made working here an amazing experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're open about their struggle between pushing out the product and taking care of their employees. It's a hard problem and it's good to hear that we're visible to them.
