It has been a great experience with lots of challenges. As Team of Teams has rolled out, some of the fun has gone away as more meetings and management layers have crept in.

I love being a part of Zwift, working at a fitness-related company, and feeling like I'm part of something that makes a positive impact in the lives of a lot of people.

HSA health insurance premium is very inexpensive.

Pushing ahead with bold initiatives: our own hardware.

The people on my team are smart, kind, respectful and relaxed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One of only a few developers working on a key product. A salary bump would be appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can work interrupted without a lot of meetings. The best days are when Slack is quiet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people I interact with are friendly, respectful, and physically active people who are always willing to give their time when asked for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is energetic, inclusive and diverse. I especially like the "all you can eat" fitness culture, which is there for you if you want it.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can work without interruption from Slack, and at the same time, not have Slack FOMO; a balance that's hard to strike. This is usually best achieved on company last Friday of the month "day off," when most people do take the day off, and aren't around to message on Slack.
