My experience at Zwift has been predominantly positive. The people are amazing. The product has a lot of promise. There's a lot of support to do great things and I'm excited to see what the next 6-months to a year and beyond have in store for us!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to create and enhance programs that are becoming integral parts of the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never felt so supported by people that I directly work with until working at Zwift!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's willing to support one another, whether it being learning how to buy a bike all the way through getting through a tough project at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is always growing and adapting to be better leaders. They are truly passionate about what they do and truly have the best intentions in mind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's hard to pick the best part as all the pieces of my compensation package fit nicely together. The top two aspects I appreciate the most would be our benefits offering (especially for families) and base salary.
