The Top 100 highest-rated companies with the Best Compensation are based on anonymous employee feedback on Comparably.com to a variety of questions regarding an employee’s overall satisfaction with their compensation package (salary, raises, bonuses, stock/equity if applicable, and benefits).
This set of Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during a 12-month period (Aug, 2022 through Aug, 2023) on topics that contribute to overall happiness at work.
