Ahmad M. Wardak serves as our Chief Marketing Officer. In his role, Mr. Wardak oversees all aspects of our marketing operations, Club Services and customer care as well as sales operations at our 51%-owned joint venture with affiliates of Bass Pro Shops (the “Bass Pro JV”). Mr. Wardak also serves as a member of the Management Committee of the Bass Pro JV. Mr. Wardak joined Bluegreen in 2003 and most recently served as EVP of Corporate Development and Innovation, where he led, among other things, our strategic and corporate development, acquisitions and development, inventory management, new product development and innovation as well as our business intelligence and analytics functions. Prior to this role, Mr. Wardak held various other senior positions with us. What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

Those who respond with a score of 9 to 10 are known as Promoters, and are widely associated with behaviors that create value, including actively encouraging others to use the product or service. Those who respond with a score of 7 or 8 are categorized as Passives, and they are believed to be less likely to exhibit the value-creation traits of Promoters having a largely neutral effect on other consumers. Detractors are those who fall in the score range of 0 to 6 and represent dissatisfied customers of the product sometimes actively recommending against using the product.

Please beware of buying into BlueGreen. We had a reservation that got cancelled due to hurricanes, which is understandable. But, they will not extend our points out that we've bought into. We were only asking for a 1 week extension to book someplace when it should be warm. They will not extend.

I am one of the owners and have been with Bluegreen for over 10 years and as the years go on, the service is getting worse.. sad but true.. especially when there are so many more options out there. The lies, deceit and of course they say misunderstanding.. now that's a joke..
