What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

Those who respond with a score of 9 to 10 are known as Promoters, and are widely associated with behaviors that create value, including actively encouraging others to use the product or service. Those who respond with a score of 7 or 8 are categorized as Passives, and they are believed to be less likely to exhibit the value-creation traits of Promoters having a largely neutral effect on other consumers. Detractors are those who fall in the score range of 0 to 6 and represent dissatisfied customers of the product sometimes actively recommending against using the product.

I went to the med express in Vero beach. Cora was down right rude i had a text saying simptomes was a emergence to come in when talking to Cora she told me to go back to the car wait. After a hour and a half i called in and she asked if i finished it there was nothing to finish she laughed at me .
What do you value most about this brand?
The doctors are EXCELLENT. They really care. They tae their time. Their diagnoses are always spot on. This place wasn't covid insane either.

I can always count on efficient but caring service. I have never left without some resolution of my problem.

The quality of care and empathy your staff shows
What can this brand most improve?
I just had my ninth Covid test, but my first at MedExpress. By far the worst process. They say call to register, but a recording says no one can answer. I called 10 times over 2 days. My son tested positive, I got him a test only by walking in and demanding one. Same process for me a few days later.
