What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

Those who respond with a score of 9 to 10 are known as Promoters, and are widely associated with behaviors that create value, including actively encouraging others to use the product or service. Those who respond with a score of 7 or 8 are categorized as Passives, and they are believed to be less likely to exhibit the value-creation traits of Promoters having a largely neutral effect on other consumers. Detractors are those who fall in the score range of 0 to 6 and represent dissatisfied customers of the product sometimes actively recommending against using the product.

What can this brand most improve?
I lost the ability to secure an assumable mortgage due to their lack of respnds time to multiple request from Devin Powers Davis who ironically is the customer retion specalist for the company. They cost me a lot of money and put me through extreme distress during the assumption process.

My customer service was very good but now, I can not get anyone to call me back.
What do you value most about this brand?
New American Funding values the client and will become your teammate in achieving the goal of home ownership. The underwriters are tedious in their review. This is intimidating but the quality of service is unmatched. From offer to closing I was supported and encouraged.Cant say enough good things-

They seem to care!! And we all need that!!

Transparency communication and honesty. Customer care is very poor.
