The benefits! For a convince store job this company offers great pay AND many great benefits to keep their employees.
Healthcare is expensive and clearly lacking. Same goes for vision and dental, it's just enough.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is well below the average in Bay Area. As someone who reported to the CEO, I was told that "we do not give raises at this level." Yet I was expected to work around the clock to respond to customer "fires" created by the CEO himself and Sales/BizDev overcommitting/lying to customers. Madness!
