Working with Colleagues who have similar mindset

Very few co workers who are friends

The fact that I am there making money to provide my family.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Find another company that is "normal" and get out of this abusive "relationship" like many other employees who have realized and left to work in much happier places and thrive.

What do you like best about your company?

Now, nothing. In the past at least I had nice coworkers, but they've left for good.
